To apply for enrollment in the TMO Working Group Academy, you will need to fill out the form below and click once on the "Submit" button.  Your application will be reviewed and one of the TMO-WG members will reply within a few days.  If you are accepted into the Academy, you will be asked to send a recent digital photograph of yourself as an email attachment (or, if you prefer, you may submit a recent photo at the time of your application by emailing it to rawn@tmo-wg.net).  Along with your letter of acceptance, you will receive instructions for your role in the weekly sessions, the Academy schedule and other relevant information.
